Josh, you should try some of the slightly lesser known South Asian dishes! Everyone knows what butter chicken, chicken tandoori, choley and chicken tikka masala is, but a lot less people know of other dishes such as Paya, Nihari, karahi, kala bhuna, rogan josh, korma, haleem etc. All delicious and amazing dishes people have never heard of! I'm sure you'll love them.
