    I really wanted to trust you on this one, but unfortunately everytime I make these they come out dark, baked on the outside and raw on the inside. Its my second time when I poured a glaze on them and then realized that they were raw and had to put them WITH🤡 the glaze in the oven, any possible ideas on why is this happening?

    “I like simplicity” Goes out of his way to make it overly simplified Brioche or potato buns are perfect for chicken sandwiches. Because they can hold the weight. Milk buns don’t have to be on everything. That could just be your personal preference I’ve made them before and they are okay. Probably better for a loaf of bread

    I'll be real with everyone. I've tried easily over 50 to 60 different tomato sauce recipes from every cook book, online article, and food youtuber out there. None of them are as good as the jarred sauce I get from my supermarket. I know it's cheaper, and probably healthier to make your own. But food is about enjoyment, and after trying every sauce I could find from old Italian Grampa's hand crushing plum tomatoes to Josh's, to Babish's to every celebrity chefs ever. None of them are as good as the jarred stuff. Same with ketchup. Some stuff is a must like mayo, super easy, and always better then the store bought stuff. But for specifically tomato sauce, and ketchup. Store bought wins. Sorry not sorry.

    Though this recipe looks awesome, I used your inspiration from a different video to make a Chicken Parmesan that people have told me is arguably the best they ever had. Following your McDonalds Chicken McNugget recipe, but making them 4 ounce patties. For the cheese I used a recipe from Babish's video on Grilled cheese sandwiches. Re-creating his cheese paste but substituting 24 month aged Parmesan for the White cheddar (Original recipe Babish used was 7 ounces white chedder, 2 ounces brie, 1/2 diced shallot, and 2 tablespoons of dry white wine) After cooking the chicken I applied the Marinara sauce and cheese, cooked in the oven similar to this video, then when it was done topped the Chicken Parm off with some diced basil and parsley. It was amazing, credit to Joshua and Babish for what my friends and family have been raving about. What I can take away from THIS video that can take it to the next level, is the Marinara sauce. Admittedly I went with store bought marinara, Next time I make the chicken Parm recipe, I'll have to try Joshua's marinara recipe. Once again thank you Joshua, and thank you Babish, (If you happen to see this post)
